This week, the MAC crashed, and I temporarily lost access to the Mirror.xyz key to continue there so that I will continue here in the interest of time. The first week is an NFT you can mint on Mirror if you want a priceless collectible.

Here is the actual presentation.
My supervising attorney, Ramona Tudorancea co-founder of Ixian gave the first of her presentations on “Fundamentals of International Contracts.”
She taught me about “Lex Mercatoria” (the law of merchants). This formation is rooted in ancient times and disappeared with the rise of the nation-state in the 19th century. It was not like common law but recognized the custom of merchants who were not subject to it. Ixian supervises this research into a “Web3 B2B Lex Mercatoria Framework.”
IXIAN SLIDES EXCERPT:
Throughout this externship, we aim to get more students to research Web3 products, CISG/ECC, electronic signatures, and basic fundamental principles such as consent, consideration, breach of contract, etc, in this context.
Next week, I will start redlining the smart contracts for Lex.clinic and pushing them to a Git version repository. I will update them to include what I am learning and different clauses to lessen the risk and start a library so that we can make Modular Ricardian Contracts.
This is a moving target. If you feel called to follow these adventures in this new, exciting space, subscribe or follow as you feel called.

WEB3 PIONEERS!
If you have a social impact web3 project that needs legal research, office hours are at 1 p.m. every Friday. We are looking to develop a pipeline of worthy projects that need help. As this develops and becomes more sophisticated, entry will be more difficult. I was hoping you could shoot me an email to baba@adbongo.io or schedule a discovery on Friday around then:
